Previously leading commercial and revenue delivery at Team17, Charlotte is driving our commercial strategy with leadership and focus, keeping us on target and moving down the field. Blending creative vision with sharp commercial instinct, she’s reshaping how the industry builds, funds, and scales the games of tomorrow. 

Kerry Gaffney, Fractional Marketing Director 

An award-winning digital marketing leader, Kerry has driven standout campaigns for major brands both agency-side and in-house. Skilled at leading dynamic teams, she crafts game-changing strategies that boost brand value and customer engagement, making her a key player in Ace High Sports’ marketing efforts. 

Lucas Morton, Producer 

An accomplished producer with a proven ability to deliver projects efficiently and to high standards, Lucas joins Ace High Sports from Stainless Games. In his former role, he assisted across AAA and AA games, as well as different indie projects. Adept at managing the complex plays behind the scenes, his knack for keeping the team in sync makes him a vital contributor to our creative lineup. 

Andrew Stewart, Lead Game Designer 

Also joining from Stainless Games, Andrew brings over five years of experience, and has three released titles in his portfolio. Skilled in feature design, UI/UX, multiplayer balancing, and economy design, Andrew’s broad expertise and leadership help the team move the needle and stay ahead of the game.
